Carlsbad

Carlsbad is a coastal community that has three zip codes. In fact, of the North County Areas it is the largest. Carlsbad is known as the village by the sea. In the spring the Flower fields attract tourists from around the world.

Golf courses and beautiful beaches attract the tourist who enjoy staying at the famous La Costa Resort or the Four Seasons Hotel.  Carlsbad offers affordable housing for families while still being close to the ocean.  A combination that is hard to beat. My favorite communities are La Costa Green, La Costa Oaks and Aviara.
